Understanding End User Behavior

From experience I’ve found that talking about the value of behavior learning in IT operations can be like trying to explain the value of sunglasses to a polar bear.  What I mean is it’s a good idea but not something that easily motivates a purchase. But there comes a time when new methods and approaches are needed to address new challenges. In IT operations complexity rules. Once it was about managing a diverse set of servers, networks and software in the datacenter. Now its about managing a diverse set of servers, networks and software that are virtualized, changing and all over the place. This is where behavior learning comes in.
